What does a home pickup look like, step by step?

Here is the order of a pickup visit:

1. You message first. Send a WhatsApp with the details listed further down. We reply with what to keep ready and when someone can come.
2. You confirm a time that suits you. Pick a time when a family member can be home too. It is better not to sell alone if you feel unsure.

4. The gold is weighed in front of you. Ask to see the scale reading.
5. You hear the rate and the figure for your piece. The figure comes after testing, never before. You can ask how it was worked out.
6. You decide. If you say no, you keep your gold. Nothing is owed for the visit to your door.

How long is the trip to the counter?

It depends on where you live. We will not give you a number of minutes that may not match your road. Open the map on your phone and put in our address from the visit us page. Check the time at the hour you plan to travel, because traffic changes it.

Go to the counter when:

• You live close enough that the trip is ordinary for you.
• You want to look at the shop, the scale and the karatmeter before you decide anything.
• You have several pieces and want to ask questions as they come up.

What should I send on WhatsApp first?

A short message saves time on both sides. It also lets you ask your questions without anyone standing in front of you. Send:

• Where you are: area, sector or society name.
• What you have: chain, bangle, ring, earrings, broken pieces, or a mix. A clear photo of each piece helps.
