Selling gold in Greater Noida West? Ask us about your piece before you decide.
Call 9217742656WhatsAppFor gold sell from the Noida Expressway sectors, a home pickup is the normal answer, because there is no gold buyer along the Expressway itself. The counter is about 16 km from Sector 137, which is 35 to 50 minutes by map estimate. We are Cash for Gold - Sona Do Paise Lo, in Noida Extension (Greater Noida West), and our pickups cover Delhi NCR.
Gold sell from the Noida Expressway: pickup or the counter?
Both routes end the same way. Your gold is tested and weighed in front of you, and you decide whether to sell. The only difference is who travels.
Pickup suits most people in Sectors 93, 94, 100, 104, 108, 110, 128, 132, 137, 142, 143, 150 and 168. You stay home. The test happens at your table.
The counter suits people who are already travelling that way, or who prefer to see the shop before handing anything over. You can read more about the shop on the Noida Expressway page and on our Noida Extension page.
Nothing has to happen today. You can read this, think, and message us later.
How does a home pickup work on the Expressway?
The steps are short. The general version is on the home pickup page. Here is how it runs for you:
- Send a photo and a rough weight on WhatsApp. Lay the pieces on a plain surface in good light. A kitchen scale reading in grams is enough as a guess.
- You get a range, not a final figure. A photo cannot show purity. So the range stays a range until the test.
- We fix a time the same day. We name the time. You tell us if it does not suit, and we move it.
- The test happens at the table. We test your gold on a karatmeter while you watch, and we weigh it in front of you.
- You decide. If the figure is not what you wanted, you can say no and keep your gold. Nothing is owed for a visit that ends without a sale.
For the full detail on the reading, see how a karatmeter reading is taken. For worries about a stranger at the door, read is it safe to sell gold to a buyer who comes to your home.
How long is the trip to the counter from the Expressway?
From Sector 137, the counter is about 16 km away. By map estimate that is 35 to 50 minutes each way. From Sector 150 it is further, so allow more.
The route, as the map shows it:
- Leave the Expressway at Sector 94 or Sector 37.
- Cross on the Sector 71 side.
- Go through Kisan Chowk and Gaur Chowk.
- Reach Sector 16B.
Landmarks such as Jaypee Greens, the Sector 137 metro, Felix Hospital and the Amity side help you place yourself, but the time depends on traffic. Check the map before you leave. The visit page has the address.
So the counter costs you most of an afternoon once you count the way back. That is a real cost, and it should weigh in your decision.
When is a pickup the better call here?
Pickup is better in these cases:
- You have a bag or box of jewellery. Carrying a lot of gold across Noida is a worry. Carrying gold safely explains the risks.
- You live in Sector 128, 132, 142, 143, 150 or 168. Those are the sectors furthest from Sector 16B.
- You are elderly, unwell, or looking after children. Nobody should have to make a long drive for this.
- You are selling purana sona from the family. Old sets, chains and bangles tend to be heavy and sentimental. Doing the test at home lets the whole family sit with it. Our gold bechna hai page is in Hinglish if that is easier.
When is the counter the better call?
The counter is better in these cases:
- You are passing near Sector 16B anyway. Then the trip costs you almost nothing.
- You want to see the shop first. Some people feel more at ease in a place with a counter and a door. That is a fair reason.
- You have one small piece. A single ring or earring may not justify a pickup. See selling one chain or ring.
- You want to compare. If you plan to get a second quote, walking in is simpler. Read should you get a second quote.
What should I send on WhatsApp first?
A good first message saves a wasted visit. Call or WhatsApp 9217742656 and send:
- One clear photo of all the pieces together.
- Any stamp you can see, such as 916 or 22K, in a close photo.
- The rough weight in grams, if you have a scale.
- Your sector, and whether you want a pickup or plan to come in.
- Whether there is a bill. A missing bill does not stop a sale. See selling gold without the original bill.
We do not buy stones, so tell us which pieces carry them. The stone weight is not counted as gold. Stones, meena and clasps explains how that works.
What should I do before anyone comes or I leave?
Check today's gold rate, but remember the published rate is not your payout. Purity, weight and the rate are the three inputs. The figure for your pieces is worked out only once they are tested.
Ask any buyer, us included, to show the karatmeter reading and the weight before naming a price. The questions to ask before you sell list is short and worth reading. If you are weighing a loan instead, read sell the gold or take a gold loan.
Whichever way you go, your gold sell decision stays yours until the test is done and you say yes.
